I need to change my paying bank details, and iv followed instructions but still can't seem to find the correct way.

In MyO2 Manage My Account

If using the app it says Manage Cards for Payments which is confusing if you are thinking about bank details/ Direct Debits

On the Web it is completely different

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
