It said whilst I applied to change my tariff there was a cooling off period but I cannot see anywhere I could do that and as with modern CS (or the lack of it) I can't work out anyway to get past a bot & to a real person to talk to about it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Try any or all of the ways here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@woodmj

You might not be able to as it tells you when you make the tariff change, as your old tariff may no longer be available.

You will need to discuss this with Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone. Try Social Media Team via the link below as well. Could be a couple of days for a CS rep response, but you can keep nudging them every so often 👍🏼

@woodmj You're not going to be able to speak to anyone at this time of night. O2 customer service isn't 24/7.  8 am tomorrow morning will be the earliest.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
