How to cancel pay monthly plan??

So I ordered O2 sim card on 19 October 2016, and it was a 12 month agreement. I don't want to use it or pay for it anymore but I am still getting charged, how I am supposed to cancel my plan??

You can't cancel it now. O2 give you 14 days to change your mind. As you are now past that you have no option to cancel unless you pay the 12 months term.

It will cost you 11 x the monthly payment to cancel.

If you want to keep your number but move to another network then ask for your PAC and give it to your new provider.
If you no longer need the number then either call or write in to give 30 days notice.
