How to cancel my contract with O2

My contract has come to an end few months ago, but I failed to make a call to iphone customer service to tell them i want to cancel my contract. So it is still running. Is there any way to get out of O2 without a call?

No you will have to dial 202 and speak to o2 customer services.

And give 30 days notice .

Right now you will probably be in a 30 day rolling contract.

If you want to keep your number ask for a PAC code.

You will then effectively end your O2 contract after giving the code to another network receive a final bill followed by a zero bill.

You must use the code within 30 days of issue.
