How to cancel bolt on

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've been trying to cancel my Web & Wifi Bolt On for about an hour now. I've called 2202, 2425, 4445 and haven't found a single option to cancel. I've checked on my internet account and also found nothing about canceling, I can add more though... I thought this'd be easy, but I'm going to be charged at this rate.

Anyone able to tell me how to cancel it?

Go to chat online, I got my bundle removed from pay as you go plus a 10 pound bundle refund. They were very helpful and it took only minutes

Go onto my O2

hit the pick auto top up button

and you can cancel from there
