I want to move from my current physical Sim to an E-Sim, but HOW DO YOU REQUEST AN E-SIM PACK - O2 website says 'get in touch', this is easier said than done!
Any help appreciated as this compnay are terrible at letting you actually speak to anyone.

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
Alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
