Hi all, sent my HTC Desire back within the 7 day cooling off period. They received it this morning, so how long will it take before they cancel it so I can get another phone.

Hi @Anonymous I wouldn't worry anyway...You have a 14 day cooling off period. Hopefully you have a record of when you sent it back? wink

Good call @Anonymous No point sticking with a long contract if you are unhappy with the phone. Best of luck...

It can take upto a week to be scanned in and processed and have your account reset to enable another upgrade.
