How long for Pixel 5 order processing to take place

Hi,

 

I pre-ordered pixel 5, was supposedly meant to arrive on the 16th (so I could also claim the free BOSE headphones in the offer). On the 16th I received an email from o2 stating 'sorry its taking longer than we hoped to send your order. We're still expecting more stock soon' - but I've not had an updated date of arrival and within the 'track your order' section it is still in the 'processing' section.

 

How long does this take and when am I to expect an update on my delivery - if o2 take longer than expected do I miss out on the ability to claim my free headphones (as this insentive is what made me preorder as opposed to waiting a little)

 

Any help would be great :slight_smile:

You need to call O2 re your order. Hopefully you will have it in time to make the claim. I'm sure you will be ok.. All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

We have no idea regarding O2 stock levels, sorry.

You'd need to call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

As long as you had pre-ordered within the timeframe, you should be fine for the free headphones though.
