How long does it take to get "service"????

Anonymous
Not applicable

Waited for over TWO HOURS for a "live chat"assistant!!! What a total joke!!

Don't O2 care about customers - or providing customer service??

Wait time to actually "talk" to somone is over 30 MINUTES!

Always the same - appalling customer service ... ALWAYS and you can do nothing about it ... EVER.

All O2 ever want is your money.

The maths is really simple - give better service ... and you'll get more from your customers!!!

O2 really should try it, some time!! Grrrrrr

It's now almost 5.30 ... been waiting for "live chat" for 4 hours, so far ... Laugh - I nearly went to Vodafone!!!

If the sim doesn't fit then pop into an O2 store and get a new one @Anonymous Or order one online.

Sadly we know all too well what you are saying!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Nope - that don’t work either!!!

Tried 202 - wait time, as I said = 30 MINUTES!!

Trusted some other O2 nincompoop who said:
“Yes of course you can simply swap your i4 sim into your i5s - no problem.”

Well, there is a problem that I need help to fix - O2’s help!!!!! Cos it don't fit!!!

But if I can’t get through, how can anyone help?????? Grrrrr

See, that's all the help I needed, but does a new sim affect or influence anything related to my old sim? All my iphone info is backed up, but backups are generally only so good - invariably you lose some of what you most wanted to keep when you "translate and upload" to your next/new phone... little in life is ever 'perfect', even less in technology!! But thnx for your help. Appreciate it slight_smile

Nothing is stored on your sim these days.
Just get a sim swap in store and restore your backup to new phone. Job done
