How long before you can upgrade with 02 Sim only

Hi all using a note 5 and had to get it imported and chose a sim only contract 12 months on 02.

When the note 6 arrives I want to upgrade straight away. How long do you have to been on a sim only plan for ?

There isn't a set limit of time but if you want to upgrade then you will speed to Refresh if you upgrade through o2 direct or if by CPW a 24 month standard contract

If it's a 12 month sim only contract then its valid for 12months. You can upgrade if eligible...otherwise you will have to pay off the remaining months of your contract. .Another option is to buy the Note 6 outright use your current sim in the new phone till contract end.

If you ask CS they may waive the upgrade fee from simo to a full contract.
