I have an issue with my bill and I'm trying to find a way to email/chat with customer service but there's no sign of anything. Clicking on Live Chat does nothing apart from give you a black message about waiting but nothing loads. Can't find a customer service email address anywhere - anyone offer any advice? I don't have the time to call the centre so I'd rather do it online some way.

To be honest it's probably quicker to phone than use live chat. If you want however to use chat then use the link on this Web page :

There is no email address, but you can shortcode dial 202 from your o2 phone for free to talk.
