How do you cancel?

Anonymous

Hi folks,

How on earth do you cancel?

Just been kept waiting 37 minutes on the phone to get through to cancellations. (Option 2 I think it was)

Sorry, but I can't sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone.

Would cancelling the direct debit and just waiting for them to write to me be the way to go?

I've got the money sat here to give them.

Cheers

So when you call just tell them your name is the name on the account?

They don't know your mother so call and say your are Mrs Cutiekitty and they'll never know - as long as you pass security it will be fine.
