You need to contact Customer Services on 202 or 0844 809 0202

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

@Pleasehelp As per the advice from @madasaf1sh, in order to get through you need to lie and say you want to upgrade, or your phone is lost or stolen, or you've discovered fraud related to your account. O2's customer service during this pandemic is atrocious. They're not interested unless it's something they consider important. If you don't go for one of those options they'll just disconnect your call.
