The Guru's no longer exist as all o2 staff can help, and even us customers can help if it's  not account related. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you as well

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

What happened to the GURU  exactly were they transferred to general customer sales assistants?  or were there services dispensed with?  How can I get in touch with an amazing Guru  from the now defunct Holborn Store.  It was not made ware that store would closed

Think they have upskilled all the guys and gals in store to help with all issues.  

 

No company has to tell anyone about stores closing and with the pandemic some store become surplus to requirements..
