Could any one help please, i have already checked the forum but cannot find up to date info. i am constantly getting charged for receiving text messages i have not even signed up too, i cant see any where on my account where i can put a bar on this nor can i get hold of o2 by phone, i cannot even see an email address to contact them, this is getting past a joke now
Any help gratefully received.

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
Veritas Numquam Perit
