How do I track my order?

I received ano email with an order number saying if I go to my o2 I can track the order yet there is no where on my o2 to do this. Any one know how you do this?

I ordered a click and collect a week ago for collection today as I'm off work today. The order status says In Progress. How do I know when it's ready to collect? It better be ready as I specifically asked for this to be ready today.

In progress usually means no stock I'm afraid. Once the status changes to completed then it's with the courier .
