I am trying to remove a phone which is no longer used on my account and I am finding it impossible to actually ask the question apart from on this post. Any one got any idea? I wish O2 would ask me to do their online survey now beacause I would have a few things to say. Why do they always ask you when you first log on. I haven't done anything yet so I can't say what my experience is going to be!!!! Might just go in to a shop and get them to do it.

See "Contact us" at the foot of the page for the number to call O2 on.
Much of the feedback does get to O2 from the forum so your post may well be read.
