Hi, I'm looking to find out how to remove my mum's number from my account, as I no longer wish to pay her contract.

You have 2 choices
1. Cancel the contract completely via customer services.
2. Your Mum, will need to sign up for her own contract, and then migrate number to the new contract.
You will need to pay any outstanding sums / termination charges on the account either way.
