Apple music is not an extra that can be added in the same way as other extras,

You will receive a text message from O2 after around 14 days with a redemption link and activation code.

I have the text that contains a link saying Good news.... I get up to 3 months free Apple Music...

It's now ready to redeem. Simply click the link.

 

I have clicked the link, it asks for a redeem code. I have no redeem code. Am I missing a text? Am I doing something wrong? I keep being taken to an Apple redeem code page but I have no code? Am I expecting another text with a code? It is not clear that I am, it just says click the link to redeem. So I go around in circles.

Yes, the redemption code should be in the text or sent in another text.

Check with customer services if you don't have it 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thank you MI5, unfortunately I don't do Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

 

The redeem text only came through 90 minutes ago, I will give it a day to see if a second text arrives, then I will have to contact customer services some other way, assuming they know what I am talking about.
