How do I know if my deposit is in my account?

I'm looking to get my depoist put back into my bank account, but I'm not sure if it's even in my O2 account in the first place.

My latest total Airtime bill is like minus £300, so I'm not sure if that means that my deposit is back or not. 

Can anyone help me out here?

Do O2 owe you a refund?  Are you able to check a bank statement online to see if its back in the bank...?

A minus figure is a credit, so yes, it has been paid back to you.

You are in credit but you need to request that they put it into your account.
