How do I get more minutes for o2 International favourites?

Anonymous

Hi,

I am an pay and go customer with o2 and currently on "o2 Unlimited" Tarrif with "o2 International Favourites".

I top up £15 a month which gives me Unlimited Calls/Texts to 02 numbers + 100mb, and £10 gets deducted for o2 International Favourites which gives me 3000 minutes to call India.

Can I get £15 deducted for o2 International Favourites and get 5000 minutes to call India?

3000 minutes is not enough 😞

Is there any other options for me to get more minutes?

Thanks

Hummm... The webchat tool didnt work on PC and worked great from o2 app on iphone :s

I got my answer, they dont have any other option for more minutes 😞 they have £20 options which lets me diel 5 international number but still ONLY 3000 minutes 😞

Gave suggestion to them to add more minutes.. £15 for 5000 minutes lol slight_smile

Thank you all for your help.

You must really be in love or something. 3000 minutes per month is nearly two hours every single day! I don't think I've ever talked that long on the phone in a day in my life. Smiley Frustrated Have you thought about using Skype, or another VOIP client on a computer rather than your mobile? It would be a lot cheaper that way.

Haha that was a good response, thank you

Yes i do talk a lot on the phone and been like this for nearly a year, me and my partner spend a lot time talking on the phone.

I tried all the VOIP services, Skype, Viber, Tango, it works great to call somewhere where they have good internet connection, but not so great to call India where they don’t have Broadband. They barely have 3G service lol most of India still on 2G so there internet speed is not so good 😞

Using VOIP is useless due to call quality, and o2 is the best option I have, just need more minutes....dont mind paying extra £5. I think 5000 minutes would be enough for me.

You could try the webchat option, link just below in my signature. Maybe it's something they could advise you on?
