I've sent messages to o2 , know one has got back to either me or my wife as we have no network signal in our home for the last 4 days , when out its fine, it's not our devices as we have a signal else where . Just would like some truthful answer from O2 as we do pay or service but there seems no number where I can actually talk to someone. ?

Hi @Hopeless

O2 never give timescales for mast repairs.

You can check your signal status here https://status.o2.co.uk/  or download the My Network app and report it through that https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

If you want to make a complaint then do it via this route https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Hi @Hopeless

Sorry to hear you've had no network signal for a few days now. Before speaking to O2, you may like to try this link:

http://status.o2.co.uk/

to see if there is a mast out near your home.

If you still need or want to speak to a person then ring Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The best time to call is between 8-8:30am to avoid a long wait on the phone.

If a mast is out, be aware that O2 do not give estimates of when the problem will be sorted as, for a variety of reasons, they are simply unable to do so.

Good luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

@Hopeless If you find yourself in an area that has a signal you can call 202 from your mobile for free to speak to customer service. Alternatively, if you have a land line, or Skype over WiFi at home, or anyone else's phone you can call 0800 032 1402 which is also a free call.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
