How do I get age restriction removed during lockdown?

I don't want to get a credit card and obviously can't go into store with ID. I also can't call in because O2 is only taking urgent requests at the moment. Is there any way I can email my ID to prove my age?

There is no email address for O2 to resolve your issue.
