How do I change my name on my account?

I changed my name legally last year, sent in the details to get my name changed on my O2 account [edit: it's a personal account, not a business account], but apparently they sent me an email telling me it didn't work because my scan files were too large! (I never got that email, so I didn't know until I logged in today and my old name and email address were still there). I looked for the online form to send in change of name documentation, but can't find the link any more. Can someone point me to the right page for registering a legal change of name? Thanks.

Again, the wording is being changed, but for now, you need to use this form.

Note the wording is being updated but it is the correct process for now

Thanks, but mine is a personal account, and that page is for business accounts. Is there an equivalent page for personal account name changes?

That's why I said the wording was being changed and I repeat, it is the correct forms that you should use now.

That's the original page I found, but if you click on that "complete form" link, it just takes you to a generic help/contact page.

The page that you pointed me to isn't for changing a person's name on their account, but for transferring a business account to a different business, or changing a personal account to a business account (or vice versa). All I wanted to do (and thought I'd already done) was to notify them of my legal change of name on my personal account, and this page doesn't cover that option.

Yes we've been told it's for both business and personal accounts no and the wording will be changed sometime before.....insert appropriate timescale!
