How do I cancel my monthly contract and change to pay as you go?

I am currently on monthly contract but want to cancel this and commence pay-as-you-go?  Can i do this online ?  Thanks

Good Morning,

 

 

 

If you are out of your initial contract term and on a 30 day rolling contract term then give 02 Customer Services a call on 202, to have this arranged.

 

Take into account you will lose the ability to upgrade to a new phone on a PAYG contract.

 

Think about what PAYG Tariff would cover your needs.
