I have asked O2 to cancel my contract 3 times now and I have had no joy!!! Each month I get a bill I phone and chat online to cancel and still they say my contract is live
How the hell do I cancel and keep it cancelled?????!!!!!!

I would speak to them on 202, live chat doesn't appear to handle account related problems well.
I'm guessing you have reached the end of the contract and don't wish to keep your number.

Hi GemmaBannister1,
Online Chat won't be able to help you cancel your contract. You need to give Customer Services a call on 202 from your phone and they will be able to sort you out.
I am assuming that you have came to the end of your contract and want to move to a new provider now?
