How do I cancel my contract?

I have paid the 2 years and it is up tomorrow.
I want to cancel it and get this device unlocked but no where does it tell me how to cancel

You'll also need your PAC if going to a new network https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278
