Hello please this is a customer community platform and no one has access to your account. Can you please edit your post and delete your number from it? You may be spammed or someone might try to play some scam on you.....someone who is bad and looking for for victims.
If you're finding it difficult to end your contract as in the guide given kindly contact customer service and they will be of great help. All numbers are in this guide
