I can find anything on the website where I can cancel my contract? I've done over the 24 month term and want to get a better deal?

@Cancelling how to cancel here but if you want to try for a better deal, call 202 and choose the option of thinking or leaving.

Unfortunately you can't cancel online. it would be so much easier if the option was available via My O2 though I can understand how some people think they can just cancel at any time if it was there as an option.

It could be done easily enough. If you try to upgrade in advance it adds the buyout fee to your basket and takes payment by card so the same process could be applied to cancellation fees.
