How do I cancel an upgrade?

I just upgraded but discover it's way to expensive and I want to cancel as I have got a better deal somewhere. How can I cancel the upgrade?

Hi @rakin14all 

You will have to wait until the phone arrives and then cancel it under the 14 day returns policy

You could, however, give customer services call and see if it can be cancelled if the phone is out of stock
