@Dissatisfied30 If your order has already shipped ( which going by what I've been seeing on other posts is unlikely) you should refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives.

Hi..
I have called the sales team a few times.. But they don't seem to be very helpful.. And I hold on to the call for at least 10 mins and the line seems to be cut off.. I ring back.. And they just say it's left the warehouse and all I do is refuse the phone when it is delivered.. But they can't say when.. Which is annoying..
I want to now cancel.. But don't want to be charged on my bill.. If I send back with courier.. I was charged a deposit.. And want that Back if I cancel... Hoping I can cancel as waiting nearly 3 weeks now for new phone..

Check your texts or e-mail spam folder for an appointment from a courier for delivery, @Dissatisfied30:
For some orders you will be sent a PIN from the courier, either by text or via their app. The driver will ask for the PIN on arrival so he can hand you your parcel.
