How do I amend a direct debit when I change my tariff. It is impossible to speak to a real person.

How do I amend a direct debit . Do I have to .or is it automatic . I have searched how to do this and spent an hour being redirected to different pages and chat advisors who aren't there and can't ancswer the question. What ever haloened t speaking to a person

No need to update it as it will carry over automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
