How do I add a second phone.

I want to add a second phone to my account for my wife. Can I do this online as I can’t seem to find a option to add another?

Just take out a new contract.
Once you have the phone and sim, log into your account and choose the bring in another product link.
This will take you through the steps so you can see both accounts on your login.
Word of warning though: Once done, this cannot be undone by any method other than taking out another new contract.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Hi, where is the "bring in another product" link? I can't seem to find anything like that and I'm also trying to set up my wife for multisave. The help files I've seen so far all mention clicking on particular links or parts of the screen, but I can never find them anywhere with ctrl+f or an eyeball scan

@awright338 The facility to merge accounts has been suspended whilst the Virgin Customers are being transferred over.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
