I recent upgraded my account to get more data storage. After checking my account on line it appears that O2 have added a 'Family' bolt on at a cost of addtional £7.65 per month. This was not discussed or agreed when I upgraded and I want to cancel this bolt on.
On line char could not do this and I have have had litle success reaching O2 on the phone. Is there any way I can cancel this on line?
