Hi my contract is up on 29/5 and i want to change to sim only. When I go to change tarriff it shows 2 recommendations that are more expensive than what i am already paying. I tried to call O2 however automated message says they are only accepting calls to do with fraud or upgrades. Can I make this change only or in the app without having to speak to an advisor?

Choose UPGRADE to sim only. That way you will be eligible for the better tariffs, Also once you upgrade you keep the same sim and don't have to do anything else. All details are changed on your account.

If you choose upgrade then scroll down to sim only
it should give you all the options
Perhaps call to speak to upgrades
