How can I find out if phone is insured and how to make claim (I know it is just can’t find details)

My phone is insured but I can’t find details. Where would they be?

Hi @AnitaKN - assuming you have it with O2 Insurance, your bill may help show that monthly payment. Meantime, this is info on O2's website regarding O2 Insure, assuming you have not taken out insurance with a different provider/insurer, or have it covered on a household contents policy.

It will also show as a bolt on in your MyO2.

It might be covered if you have a paid for bank account, or covered under your house (contents) insurance @AnitaKN
