How can I claim my free Samsung buds and SmartTag?

I have chosen to upgrade to a Samsung 21+ and part of the package was free Samsung buds and a SmartTag. I was told on phone to o2 to claim online and I have tried checking the Samsung Members app but having no luck finding any information. Thanks in advance.

You won't see any info on the members app until you have purchased the phone and open the app on the phone @Natsmc 

You can claim there or at Samsung UK website

There is also the cooling off period before you claim

The launch date for the phone is 28th of Jan (I have preordered and apparently it can take up to 3-5 days to receive the phone after launch date) but thats also the cut off date to claim the free gifts. I was told on phone by o2 that I would need to claim these before the date or I would not receive them. How can I claim my gifts on the new phone if the cut off date has passed? Think I might have to ring O2 as I'm super confused on the info they have given me.

Turns out I can't claim until 28th of Jan after I get my phone. I was in a real panic thinking I wouldnt be able to claim these on time lol. Thanks everyone.
