Hi
I took out a sim only deal on 16 Oct. The guy in O2 shop said I could change the bank details after 30 days. I’ve checked the app, but can only see option to set up a new direct debit. (Or change payment date)
Is that what I need to do when I just need to change the account no and sort code? (Have made one payment using original account set up)

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Thanks. I think I’ll need to phone, as the MyO2 app only allows me to change the payment date, not the account no or sort code. (As indicated in original post)
