My daughter is now of an age where a phone of her own makes sense so decided I would try to get an additional phone on my account, despite knowing it wasn't the cheapest option.
After spending forever on the phone with the sales person, I now can't progress my order. The reason? Well I can only guess because I've now been cut off trying to get through to o2 customer services TWICE, after a 15 minute wait on hold of course but if I was to guess, it's probably because my address does not exactly match my billing address, something I did tell the sales rep but was assured it didn't matter as it was "close enough".
Now have no idea where I stand on the order or how to progress it.
