Hotspot not working Iphone 11 Pro

Recently, I noticed that I couldn't connect to my personal hotspot from any device. It turns on fine, but when I try to connect to it on any devices, it can't connect. I have a £30 Big bundle with 100GB per month. Is there any way to fix it?
I already tried:
·Rebooting the phone
·Rebooting the device I am trying to connect to
·calling O2 for support but getting no response

Have you got iData enabled on your phone?
You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Using the hotspot can be done, but you need to use the payandgo.o2.co.uk APN on your phone.
