Horrendous customer support

How god damn hard is it to contact o2 support, been struggling for days to call and keep getting the same message to go to the o2 app which i have been through and done everything but still network is stuck on 1 bar , constant calls dropping out and struggling to get internet! Honestly the most horrible service I have ever had!

Your best time to call is at 8am in the morning. 

Have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk to see if there are any issues in your local area?? 
Also bare in mind if you call, and after about 8.45pm you might not get through as the call centre closes at 9pm and if the call queue is full then your call will be dropped... Every Call centre operates this way.

You dont need to speak to o2 to rearrange delivery, you can do that yourself... And its not o2's issue if you aren't home to take delivery i'm afraid...
