Hi, I’ve been trying to call O2 for a few days regarding unable to make monthly repayment, and am unsure what to do next as I need my phone for almost everything now I’m in isolation. Please help.

You can only keep trying.

O2 have not put anything else in place to help.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
