You also need to contact O2 customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask them to place these two bars on your account. It will avoid this happening again.

This sounds like a 'Payforit' scam. Without knowing which company is responsible, it is difficult to give advice, but you DO need to stop the charges. There should be a customer services number you can call (at normal rates) to stop the subscription and to insist on a FULL refund of any money already taken.
