Getting really hacked off, can't speak to anyone regarding this new contract I took out!!!
Originally ordered on line, but order wasn't processed as O2 overwhelmed by orders af start of lockdown.
Managed to call and spoke with Hannah, agreed a 24 month contract, was £31, discounted to £27,so I agreed.
Wasn't kept up to date of delivery for new tablet, and as I still work, was lucky to be at home when it arrived out of the blue.. no warning from O2 delivery imminent, after a week/ten day wait for it..
Nowjust been billed £31 for first month.
Can't get through on phone and can't get in a shop as they're closed, online ruddy useless, being sent in circles...
Really frustrated...
Cannot find any emails from O2 to refer back to either on my phone Arrrrgh!!!
