Higher bill

So I’m on a £34 a month contract with unlimited texts and calls and 15gb of data with a spend cap on so shouldn’t let me go over but yet my bill was £51.80 this month and no device plan in place to explain the extra charge . I’m confused

It's always blooming annoying to get a charge you don't know about
I suppose you have considered photos and emojis?
I expect you will get to the bottom of it.
