Do 02 send out welcome letters when taking upgrade out ? I've been with them some time but can't remember if they do I only wanted things via email

The credit agreement is a legal document @Kath2013 

It has to be posted to you by law so you have a copy of it.

That email is repeated in a text.

I just upgraded my grandsons tariff 2 days ago. thumbsup

Yes, @MI5 and I are talking about 2 different things really.

I am telling you what happens with a sim only contract when you upgrade.

@MI5  is advising you what will happen if you enter a contract with a new device.(The device IS a credit agreement) thumbsup

This is the problem with multiple posts on the same subject....
