I LOOK IN MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS WRITING O2 SAMSUNG ORDER 31£ BUȚ UNFORUNATTLY I DONT HAVE NOTHING NO MAIL NO MESAGGE TO TELL ME YES YOUR ORDER IS OK YOUR PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED AT HOME.
I HOPE IS NO A FRAUDE SO O2 TAKES MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUȚ STILL I DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ORDER PLEASE HELP ME

It wont be a fraud, it could be out of stock or they could be doing credit checks.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Yes, they take the deposit @mocanumelis but if you fail credit checks the money will be returned to your bank.
As I said you need to contact O2 tomorrow on the numbers given in the link above.

No money is taken until your application is approved.
The amount is held in a "shadow" account until claimed by the vendor (O2).
If it is not claimed, it will be returned to your cleared funds in 4 to 5 days.
