Hello . I couldn't pay the subscription on time and I can't do it until 14/5/20 but not in full. I can't call. What can I do and how can I contact o2 other than on the phone?

The only way to contact them is on the phone at the moment. you will need to speak to the payment management team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
