i have had a call from them after i called o2 on sunday very pushy trying to find out but no one from O2 will answer the phone been on hold for 35 mins now

@helpforthelove They might be one of O2's so called 'trusted partners'. We always advise never to agree to anything from a cold call from anyone.

funny how i called sales and they pick up right away

when you get any call claiming to be O2 that you weren't expecting or you're unsure, we recommend that you politely end the call and call us directly on

"202" (from your o2 device)
or call us on "0344 809 0202" (from a non o2 number)

this is to avoid any scams in the event that the call wasn't from us,

in the event that if it was us that called you, any notes that were left on account that were supposed to be communicated with you will be available to be read by the agent if you call
