Have you tried the number I posted above @Bop1 ?

You will still need to contact O2 if you wish to cancel the order.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

@Bop1 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system, so even though it was saying the phone you wanted was in stock it probably wasn't. It's a despicable practice. Contact the sales team as @Cleoriff has suggested, or cancel if you can and buy what you're looking for elsewhere.
